To make sure that you can get your items as soon as possible, you need to read the following shipping policy.
1. After you place an order on our website, the first step you need to do is to finish the payment. Then we will deliver the items within 24-48 hous under normal circumstances.
2. All of the items on our website will be shipped from China. We make our best efforts to ship each item to your hands within 5 working days. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. We supplied four ways to deliver the items. There are EMS, UPS, TNT and FedEx. The first two ways will take you 5-10 days to receive your items. The last two way will be used as rush delivery which means you need to receive your items within 3-4 days, you can choose those ways. 3. We provide free shipping for most of countries, here is the full list: USA, UK, CANADA, SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ITALY, NORWAY, BELGIUM and SWITZERLAND, SINGAPORE, JANPAN and VIETNAM. Except these countries, such as Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Iran, Iraq or other countries and regions, you need to pay extra $30 which was not included in the Price of Products.
4. You can track your items status in two ways. One way is to contact us by E-mail, by call or customer service to get your tracking numbers, check it either on http://www.usps.com/ or http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. The other way is to contact local post office. If your package was not delivered successfully, the post office will send it back to the sorting centre.
5. There is one point need to emphasize: when the order arrived, it needs someone at home to sign for the delivery. If not, it also may be send back to your local post office.
6. Our principle is to make every effort to do our best to bring you convenience and send out your order promptly. However, if the following situations happened we will re-ship the shoes to you without any charges and you can also keep the shoes. These situations are if we send you the wrong number, wrong style and wrong colours.
